Ingredients:
1 pound beef stew, cubed
½ pound pork, cubed
4 tablespoons. Oil
1 ½ c. onions, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped

1 tablespoon. of chili powder
1 ½ tablespoon. Salt
½ teaspoon. of thyme
½ teaspoon. of cumin
1 ½ c. Water
1 (8 oz.) of tomato sauce
½ oz. Sugar-Free Chocolate
1 (30 oz.) Can beans
3 c. Chopped shell
Method
1. Brown the pieces of meat and pork cubes in 3 tablespoons of oil.
2. Add remaining oil, onion, green pepper and garlic.
3. Cook until soft but not golden.
4. Add chili powder, salt, thyme and cumin. Cook for 1 minute.
5. Add water, heat to boiling.
6. Reduce low heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes.
7. Add tomato sauce and chocolate.
8. Simmer without covering for 25 to 30 minutes or until thickened.
9. Serve chili in bed with beans and rice.
Recipe # 2
Pot rock with CHOCOLATE sauce
Ingredients:
3 lb. Veal rump or roasted round bottom
3 tablespoons. of olive oil
2 cloves of crushed garlic
1 tablespoon flour
1 Laurel Leaf
1 c. Water
1 Lg. Sliced onion
1 1/2 teaspoon. of salt
1/2 c. Dry white wine
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon. of grated bitter chocolate
Method:
1. Brown meat in olive oil in a fire-retardant casserole or in a Dutch oven.
2. Add garlic and onion and cook until soft.
3. Mix some flour and salt and stir until smooth.
4. Add remaining ingredients except chocolate.
5. Gently cover and simmer for approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
6. Remove meat, add chocolate to sauce and cook until thick and smooth.
7. If a lot of liquid has been cooked, you can add water to make approximately 2 cups.
8. Add salt to taste.
