Pork chops with coffee sauce and white CHOCOLATE
The ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
3 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1 cup broth
2 ounces (60 g) White chocolate
3 tablespoons butter
4 Boneless Pork Chops
6 tablespoons finely ground coffee for dredging.
A pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking procedures
First, you must make the white chocolate sauce for the recipe and then cook the meat:
1. In a clean saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and continue stirring the flour after the butter has melted. Mix it very well.
