Pork chops with coffee sauce and white CHOCOLATE

The ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
3 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1 cup broth
2 ounces (60 g) White chocolate
3 tablespoons butter
4 Boneless Pork Chops
6 tablespoons finely ground coffee for dredging.
A pinch of salt and pepper

Cooking procedures

First, you must make the white chocolate sauce for the recipe and then cook the meat:

1. In a clean saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and continue stirring the flour after the butter has melted. Mix it very well.

2. You have the option of using running water or a little broth. You have the option to choose between broth powder, the cube of pork or broth, to the canned broth already prepared. Stir to make sure the flour is completely dissolved.

3. Then leave the sauce to simmer. Do it for about 15 minutes while stirring regularly. Then add some salt.

4. Remove the pan from the fire and place the white chocolate, stirring until it has melted.

5. Melt at least 3 tablespoons of butter in your non-stick skillet over medium heat while marinating pork chop in salt, pepper and ground coffee.

When cooked, you can serve it with rice, fried plantains or bananas, mango chutney and white chocolate sauce to highlight the unique flavor of this recipe.
