Knowing the specifics of your strengths and weaknesses can help you become an expert in improving obstacles. It is vital that you know and understand how you can use your strengths as a base, as well as turn your weaknesses into strengths gradually. You can aim to change from one to three weaknesses at a time.

Changing your weaknesses

You need to give yourself time to improve your weaknesses. Be specific in your plan of action by creating steps towards your goal. For example, if it is "weakened " by  "lack of focus ", you can begin to improve in that area by doing activities like  "Read more books on the subject for at least 30 minutes a day " or "listen to a person talking for at least 1 minute before losing focus ". Improve activities regularly by increasing the time frame and adding more challenges.

In this way, you can adapt your habits and personality that, over time, will lead to continuous success. The winners and leaders have great features that they can follow, such as perseverance, critical thinking, stability under pressure, competition and aspiration to never give up. Adopt these qualities as your own and use individuals as your role models.

Read about the people who have successfully achieved it in their chosen fields of interest. One of the reasons you can fail constantly is because you are choosing the things that are worse. Try to ask yourself the things that really interest you or even to study and review without anyone having to tell you. These are the features you're most likely to have talent in.

In case you succeed or achieve your goals, use these as motivational tools to remind you that you are always able to get greater benefits with larger tasks. Review your previous accomplishments and use these finished goals to reach your ultimate goal. It is also advisable to wait for failure once in a while, but you should use this as a way to learn.
