The social life of older people tends to decrease when they reach 65 to 70 years of age. It is important to provide them with enough social activities to maintain a good sense of trust and identity. Older people enjoy a lot of sport. At this point, it is recommended that you do less strenuous activities, such as golf, fishing and light hikes.
